Pachem Dental Clinic is a part of the Pachem Dental Group in Cambodia; we are the largest, most advanced professional dental care group in Cambodia in association with Japan's dental group in "AISHIKAI SHIMAZU" operating with the most advanced equipments and with a pool of international dentists. Now urgently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following position:
- Position: Customer Service
- Location: Phnom Penh ( 3 positions)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer the phone in such a way that callers feel welcomed, valued and contented
- Channel phone callers to the appropriate person
- Make customer relation
- Assist to Cashier to check out customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Register their name into database if they are new comers
- Arranging appointment with patients
- Keep all of patients information both software and hardware
- Other tasks are required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently a university student.
- Cambodian Female
- Minimum 1 years working experience in customer service
- Be able to use at least two foreign languages- English, Chinese, Korean, Japan…
- Good interpersonal skill and problem solving skill
- Beautiful, Friendly, dedication, creativity, flexibility , and honesty
- Computer Literate
