From modest beginnings in 1999, with a small office space and limited number of dental chairs, Pachem Dental Clinic has, in collaboration with Japan’s Aishikai Shimazu dental group, grown into a regional clinic that today offers the most creative solutions in oral care. It has a combination of highly experienced Cambodian and foreign dentists with postgraduate, master’s and doctoral degrees in their areas of specialization from prestigious local and overseas dental schools. With more than 35 dental chairs, it now has three branches in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Reap province. Our clients are drawn from Cambodia and from all corners of the globe, including the U.S., Europe, Australia and Asia.

WATARA SHIMAZU - Chairman of the Board of Directors. With his highly prestigious MD and Ph.D. qualifications, Dr. Watara Shimazu is the Director of Medical Corporate AISHIKAI, Director of Tooth and Tooth Organization, Director of AISHIKAI Dental Hospital, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VDTO (Vocational and Development Training Organization).

With the government position as Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, and as the holder of a Master's degree in Public Administration and graduated from the Royal School of Administration (ERA), His Excellency Dr. Chap Rithy, DDS, is one of the members of the Board of Directors of Pachem Dental Clinic to take charge of general management and development to ensure that Pachem maintains its position as leading dental clinic in Cambodia. His professional background is as follows:

• August 10, 2005: Deputy Director of Preah Ang Duong Hospital, Ministry of Health;
• February 2, 2006: Director General of Administration and Finance of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training;
• October 13, 2008 till present: Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.

Dr. Tep Navy, DDS, Master of Public Health, specialist in periodontics, has obtained a Certificate of Implantation f rom AIC (Apsun Dental Implant Research and Education Centre) and a Certificate of Orthodontics f rom Malaysia. He is also a member of the Board, and is actively in operations, technical training, and financial management. With the government position as Deputy Director General of Technical Vocational Education and Training of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, he holds a bachelor’s degree in law.

Dr. Leng Tong is the Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Department of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He graduated from the University of Health Sciences and obtained his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1997 and a Post Graduate of Dental Public Health in 2003. He also got a bachelor's degree of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 1999. In 2007, he received a master's degree of Political Science from Chamroeurn University of Polytechnology. He used to work as the Deputy Director of Administration Office at a state hospital in 1998, and as Chief of Cabinet of Minister of Health in 1999. In 2002, he worked as Chief of Bureau of Regulation and Medical Ethics of Hospital Services Department of the Ministry of Health. From 2007 to 2008, he also got a position as personal advisor to the President of the National Assembly of Cambodia. Moreover, he got practical short-course OSH trainings from Japan, Korea and Singapore. As a member of the Board of Directors of Pachem Dental Clinic, he is actively involved in strategic marketing and social networking to generate more clients and establish stronger business networks.

Dr. Robert P van Oort , DDS, PhD, specialized in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics and ISO 9001-2000 quality coordinator from the of in the Netherlands has joined after his retirement the PUM organisation in The Netherlands. PUM stands for Project Execution Management and delivers on request advisory work to small businesses in developing Countries sponsored by VNO (society of corporations) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation. Dr Robert van Oort has advised the PDG in November 2009 in the ongoing restructuring of the healthcare and management system in the essence and applicability of Quality Assurance.

Ms. Keuk Nary, As a candidate of an MBA in financial management from the prestigious Build Bright University, Ms. Keuk Nary, with international training in leadership, is a real superwoman for Pachem Dental Clinic in terms of financial management and general liaison in the company. With more than five years working as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at Pachem Dental Clinic, she pays sharp attention to the smallest financial detail, and knows Pachem inside-out.

Mr. Chhum Seiha Born August 15, 1986, Mr. Chhum Seiha was a scholarship student at the University of Management and Economics. He holds a master’s degree in human resource management, and two bachelor’s degrees in human resource management in 2007 and in education in 2009 from that university. He has over seven years working experience and five years at the higher education institution with the administration and human resource department, and he joined Pachem Dental Clinic in August 2009 in the administration and personnel unit. He has been promoting to Chief Admin/HR and Operation Officer until now.

Dr. How Kim Chuan is a specialist of orthodontics with agreat deal of practical experience in this field of expertise. As the former Hon . Gen . Secretary of the Malaysian Dental Association, he has lectured extensively throughout Asia.

Dr. Nhean Phirum, DDS in 1999 and Master of Dental Public Health from the University of Health Science in 2003, specialized in implantations through advanced training from 2003-2005 in Malaysia. He has been serving at Pachem Dental Clinic for more than 8 years, is the Head of Dentists at Pachem Independence Monument Branch, and is a member of Pachem Technical Committee. He is also a dental supervisor at Ang Doung Hospital.

Dr. Keo Sovann, DDS and Dental Public Health from the University of Health Science in 1999, specialized in implantation in Malaysia. He has been serving at Pachem Dental Clinic for more than 8 years, is the Head of Dentists at Pachem Sorya Branch, and is a member of Pachem Technical Committee.

Dr. Ngor Siekkheang, DDS and Dental Public Health from the University of Health Science in 1999, has been working for Pachem Dental Clinic for a number of years. He is also a dentist at Preah Kosamak Hospital. He has been serving at Pachem Dental Clinic for more than 5 years, is the Head of Dentists at Pachem Olympic Branch, and is a member of Pachem Technical Committee.

Dr. Yin Yanarith, As amember of a number of professional bodies in Cambodia, such as CDA and MAAD, and as a practicing dentist at Ang Duong Hospital, Dr. Yin Yanarith provides his expertise to Pachem Dental Clinic in many areas of dental treatment, particularly orthodontics. He graduated with a DDS from the University of Health Sciencein 1998. He specialized in orthodontics in Malaysia.

Dr. Loeuk Visseth, DDS in 1999 and Dental Public Health from the University of Health Science in 2008, undertook his implantation specialization training in Malaysia. He has been working for Pachem Dental Clinic for a number of years.

Dr. Khlaing Vissoth, DDS and Dental Public Health from the University of Health Science in 2005, specialized in implantation in Malaysia. He also finished a Bachelor's degree in Khmer Literature from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He has been working for Pachem Dental Clinic for a number of years.

Dr. Chum Mony, DDS and specialized in implantations through advanced training in Malaysia, has been working for Pachem Dental Clinic for a number of years. He is also a dentist at Kampong Trach district, Kampot province.

Dr. Ia Kamsan, As the graduate with DDS and Dental Public Health from the University of Health Sciences from 1991 to 1999, Dr. Ia Kamsan has been working for Pachem Dental Clinic for a number of years.
